Our Story
WestendStrategy was founded in late 2023 in Frankfurt — named after the Westend district — as a strategic advisory firm built around a collective of independent partners. From the outset, the model was different: not a traditional consultancy, but a group of experienced practitioners working together under one roof.
In 2024, the firm expanded beyond strategy. Workforce transformation, interim management, employer branding, and sales advisory joined the portfolio — reflecting the reality that most business challenges don't fit neatly into a single discipline.
By 2025, WestendStrategy had grown further. New equity partners joined, and the firm rebranded to WestendStrategy & Company. New practice areas — digital transformation, workflow management, and market entry — were added alongside two new offices in Düsseldorf and Berlin.
2026 marked a new chapter. WestendStrategy & Company moved its Frankfurt headquarters to the 45th floor of the FOUR tower in the city center, welcomed salary partners, and founded the WSC Expertise Network — a global network bringing together consultants, tax advisors, lawyers, and notaries under one collaborative framework. Out of this foundation, Nelveon was launched: a dedicated transformation consultancy focused on the DACH region and the US market, built for the mid-market.
